18:12. ಇಸ್ರೇಲರು ತಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಅವಿಧೇಯರಾದದ್ದೂ ಆತನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದ್ದೂ ಆತನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ಮೋಶೆಯ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅವಿಧೇಯರಾದದ್ದೂ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ.

18:12. ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನ ಶಬ್ದವನ್ನು ಕೇಳದೆ ಆತನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕರ್ತನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲ ವನ್ನೂ ವಿಾರಿದರು; ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳದೆಯೂ ಮಾಡ ದೆಯೂ ಹೋದರು.

18:12. This happened because they did not obey the LORD their God and broke his agreement with them. They did not pay attention to and obey all that Moses, the LORD's servant, had commanded.
